What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, job title, work email and phone number, and your company's name, registration number, address, website, size, disciplines, the sectors you bid for, typical contract value and how you heard about us. We also store the tender documents you upload and the summaries and checklists the app creates from them.
How we use it
To provide the service: your account, your company's workspace, and reading your tender documents with AI. To contact you about your account and billing. To understand our customers and improve the service. We send product news only if you agreed to it, and you can stop it at any time.
Who can see your data
Your company's tenders and documents are visible only to people in your company. We use trusted service providers to run the app: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting) and Anthropic (AI reading of documents; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models). We do not sell your data, and we never share your tenders with suppliers or other companies without your instruction.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent, by contacting us. Your company administrator can also update your company's details in the app.
